afs founder, Liz Jenkins, loved Southwest Florida when she and her family lived there for many years just outside the Edison Home in downtown Fort Myers. She still loves the area and is thrilled that her long time, amazing friend Lynn Cantisano is taking the helm of the SWFL branch of a fresh space! Many of our Nashville clients have homes in the area so it was such a natural fit and a way for Liz to spend more time in a place, and with people, she misses.

With more than 20 years of design, remodeling, and real estate, Lynn has helped people achieve their dream of having a beautiful home.  What she also discovered along the way is that her clients craved not just beautiful spaces, but organized, functional spaces as well.  

As a 5^th generation Floridian and Ft Myers native, she has seen a lot of changes in this area with ever-increasing demands on our homes, time, and lives. 

Lead organizer and client relationship manager, Rachel Peacock, epitomizes philanthropic and leadership excellence with her strong background in community outreach and service. Plus her innate organizing skills and deep ties in SWFL make her an ideal fit for our team.
