Whether it is guilt for the piles that form because I do not know where to put my stuff or guilt for even thinking about letting something go, it is guilt that I have felt when dealing with my stuff. Then there is guilt for not dealing with it and ignoring it. All of this is sad because the stuff we have to make our selves happy and feel good are actually bringing negative feelings. It is counterproductive. I identify that most with guilt.
